Founded by Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli in 1983, Archirivolto has developed a particular specialisation in seating, spanning chairs, stools, sofas and outdoor furniture. Its approach combines design with detailed knowledge of materials, production technologies and the requirements of large-scale manufacturing.

Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli founded Archirivolto in Colle di Val d'Elsa, Italy, in 1983. While the studio began across architecture, interiors and furniture, its work evolved towards industrial design and a particular specialisation in seating.
Decades of designing chairs, stools, sofas and outdoor seating have given Archirivolto extensive experience with materials and manufacturing technologies, particularly moulded plastics. The studio follows product development through concept, prototyping and industrialisation, working closely with manufacturers to create seating suited to large-scale production
