Christmas Delivery Dates

Planning to welcome guests or refresh your space for the festive season? Arrange your furniture delivery early, as freight volumes across Australia increase from mid-November.

The following dates are a guide for delivery before Christmas. Your order must be paid in full, delivery details supplied and warehouse processing scheduled by the applicable date.

These dates are indicative and do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders dispatched after the applicable deadline may still arrive before Christmas, but we cannot confirm this.

Help us arrange your delivery
Please pay your order early and provide:

Your preferred delivery date, subject to availability.
The delivery contact’s name and phone number.
Any access instructions, including stairs, entry points or other requirements.

For deliveries to a business address dispatched after 1 December, please also provide your Christmas closure dates. Orders will be held until these details are received, helping avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts and additional delivery fees.

Holiday Warehouse Hours
Our warehouse will operate with reduced staffing from 23 December 2026 to 4 January 2027.

The warehouse will be closed on 24, 25, 26 and 28 December 2026, and 1 January 2027.

Brisbane & Perth — 3-7 business days

Warehouse Pickup
Prefer to collect your order? Warehouse pickup is available from our Cheltenham warehouse.
Select Warehouse Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, our team will email you to arrange a collection time.
Bookings are required for all warehouse collections. Please reply to the collection email with your preferred pickup day and time. This allows us to ensure your order is packed and ready before you arrive.

Important Information

All collections must be booked in advance.
Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for collection bookings.
Our cut-off time for next-day collection is 2:00pm.
Do not attend the warehouse without a confirmed booking.
Orders may not be available for collection if a booking has not been confirmed.

Tuesday to Friday: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am to 1:30pm
